AThis application provides a conversion tool for delirium identification scores as measured by the following commonly used instruments: the Memorial Delirium Assessment Scale (MDAS), the Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98 (DRS-R-98), and the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM) and Delirium Observation Screening Scale (DOSS). Appropriate for research and clinical use, this app utilizes crosswalks developed by the NIDUS Measurement and Harmonization Core to map equivalent scores for these four co-calibrated instruments and their separate scorings. For example, a nurse first assesses the patient using the DOSS, and the consulting psychiatrist, who may be more familiar with the DRS-R-98, can quickly compare the equivalent score on the DRS-R-98.
